Twin Vew Condo By China Construction Development

Twin Vew is the latest condo development project, won by China Construction Development. It was won with a bid of $292 million. Twin Vew has close proximity to Jurong East Business District and has close ties with other areas of Singapore. The launch will probably began in H2 2017 / H1 2018.

Twin Vew Condo is located at West Coast Vale, which is situated in District 5. It has been tendered with a 99-year leasehold, with the total plot size has been awarded at 16,378.3 square meters.
